How to pay for an order?

An order requires 50% down before any work is done. The remaining amount is due when the order is delivered. If an order is being shipped, the remaining amount is due before the shipment is made. Payments can be made in the form of cash, money order or PayPal. Purchase Order payment will be considered at our discretion

What is the turnaround time?

It depends on what you order. Our typical turnaround is 10-14 days, but depending on the artwork and stock quantities additional time may be required.

What is the minimum amount of shirts I can order?

If you are ordering a one-color screen front and back or a two-color screen on one side then the minimum order will 12 shirts. If you are ordering multiple screens for front and back then we would prefer that you order at least 24 shirts or there may be an addition charge for the screen work.

What sizes are available?

This is based on the shirt manufacturer, but in most cases we are able to offer toddler sizes 2T,3T,4T; youth sizes YXS (2-4), YS (6-8), YM (10-12), YL (14-16); adult sizes AS,AM,AL,AXL,A2XL and is some cases you can order up to A6XL but the color selection may be limited.

Can I mix shirt sizes and shirt types?

Yes, you can mix shirt sizes and shirt types. But the cost per shirt is based on the shirt type and quantity. Also the screen-printed image will be the same for all shirt types located in the same position. If not, it may be handled as a separate order or an additional charge.

Can I send my own shirts to be screen printed?

Yes, you can send your own shirts, but the shirts have to be new and not washed. The service charge for only printing one screen $1.50 per shirt, each additional screen (up to 6 total screens) will be $1.00 per screen per shirt. 36 shirt minimum, less than 36 will be considered but set-up fees may be added depending on the complexity of the artwork. Allow 3% fall-out which we are not responsible for replacing.

How many different ink colors can I order?

We have a 6-color press. Therefore, a shirt can not have more than a combination of 6 different screens.


What file formats should be used for the artwork?

The preferred formats are: CorelDraw .cdr, Adobe Illustrator .ai, Adobe Acrobat .eps, .wmf, .pdf, Adobe Photoshop .psd.

Is there a charge for ARTWEAR to do artwork?

This depends on the amount of work that is required. If the artwork requires minimal work to screen print then no, there will be no charge. But if it requires file conversion, touch-up or complete design then yes you will be charged accordingly.
