How to pay for an order?

An order requires 50% down before any work is done. The remaining amount is due when the order is delivered. If an order is being shipped, the remaining amount is due before the shipment is made. Payments can be made in the form of cash, money order or PayPal. Purchase Order payment will be considered at our discretion

What is the turnaround time?

It depends on what you order. Our typical turnaround is 7-10 business days, but depending on the artwork and stock quantities additional time may be required. If ordering koozies, the "RUSH " may be selected and the order will be shipped out within 5 days by FedEx 2-day Express.

What is the minimum amount of shirts I can order?

If you are ordering a one-color screen front and back or a two-color screen on one side then the minimum order will 12 shirts. If you are ordering multiple screens for front and back then we would prefer that you order at least 48 shirts or there may be an addition charge for the screen work.

What sizes are available?

This is based on the shirt manufacturer, but in most cases we are able to offer toddler sizes 2T,3T,4T; youth sizes YXS (2-4), YS (6-8), YM (10-12), YL (14-16); adult sizes AS,AM,AL,AXL,A2XL and is some cases you can order up to A6XL but the color selection may be limited.

Can I mix shirt sizes and shirt types?

Yes, you can mix shirt sizes and shirt types. But the cost per shirt is based on the shirt type and quantity. Also the screen-printed image will be the same for all shirt types located in the same position. If not, it may be handled as a separate order or an additional charge.

Can I send my own shirts to be screen printed?

Yes, you can send your own shirts. The shirts have to be new and not washed. There will be a service charge for screen printing. A quote will be provided upon request. Allow for 3% fall-out which we are not responsible for replacing.

How many different ink colors can I order?

We have a 6-color press. Therefore, a shirt can not have more than a combination of 6 different screens.


What file formats should be used for the artwork?

We prefer vector type artwork. The preferred formats are: CorelDraw .cdr, Adobe Illustrator .ai, Adobe Acrobat .eps, .wmf, .pdf, Adobe Photoshop .psd.

Is there a charge for ARTWEAR to do artwork?

This depends on the amount of work that is required. If the artwork requires minimal work to screen print then no, there will be no charge. But if it requires file conversion, touch-up or complete design then yes you will be charged accordingly.
